We want you to love your piece!

 

Because our items are handmade and/or custom built, most custom or personalized orders are final sale once production begins.  For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

 

Damaged during shipping?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.  Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet begun.  If you ever have questions or concerns, just reach out — we’re happy to help.

Products

Our products are handcrafted from natural materials such as wood, glass, resin, and/or metal. Variations in grain, appearance, color, and texture are natural and part of what makes each piece unique.

 

Custom Commissions

Custom Commissions are personalized items made specifically for you. Once production has started, custom commissions cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

 

Order Processing

Processing times vary depending on the product and whether it is custom-made upon order, or a unique piece ready for delivery from our gallery. Estimated production times are provided on some product pages but may vary during busy periods.

 

Shipping

Once an order ships, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

 

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product descriptions, and content on this website are the property of our business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

Our products are intended for normal household or office use. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or modification of our products.

 

Natural Wood Movement Disclaimer

Our pieces are crafted from real, solid or combinations of wood, resin, glass, metal, or other materials. Wood is a natural material that continues to respond to its environment even after it has been finished. Resin acts in a similar fashion. Changes in temperature and humidity may cause wood or other materials to naturally expand, contract, or shift slightly over time. Because of this, you may notice small changes such as:

 

·       Minor gaps in joinery

·       Slight warping or cupping

·       Subtle variations in finish appearance

·       Seasonal movement in panels or tabletops

 

These characteristics are normal and expected with solid wood products and are not considered defects. In fact, they are part of what makes each handcrafted piece unique.

To help protect your furniture, we recommend:

 

·       Keeping items in a climate-controlled indoor environment

·       Avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture

·       Maintaining stable indoor humidity levels when possible

 

Each piece is carefully designed and constructed to allow for natural wood movement while maintaining long-term durability and function.  By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept the natural behavior of real wood materials.

 

Handmade Variation Disclaimer

Each item we create is handcrafted using real wood, wood combinations, resin, glass, metal, or other materials and traditional woodworking or artistic methods. Because of the handmade nature of our work, no two pieces are exactly alike.

Natural variations may occur in:

 

·       Wood grain patterns

·       Color and tone of the wood or stain

·       Knots and natural markings

·       Texture and finish appearance

·       Small dimensional differences
